Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is available in various formats.  We offer 60 minute sessions specialized for each client.  The client’s personal goals and movement assessment will determine the programming.  Discounts available when purchased in a package.

Individual Design

Individual Design is like personal training except you have the freedom to work out at whatever time works for you.  After an initial consultation, movement assessment, testing, and body measurements you will receive weekly programming designed specifically for you through an easily downloaded app.  You’ll have access to BE during open gym hours to complete your workouts and a coach will be on the floor while you workout to keep an eye on you and answer any questions you may have.  You’ll also receive one personal training session each month which can be used to go through a workout or as a consultation to discuss the program.

Specialty Programs

Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club is designed to improve our members’ abilities in the Olympic lifts by following 6-8 week cycles focused on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.  Each cycle has a different end goal such as improvement in positioning or overall strength.

Youth Programs

BE Kids

Our Kids class is a chance for any child age 6-13 years old to have FUN while exercising along with learning the mechanics of many common CrossFit exercises. Each class lasts 45 minutes and will usually include common themes within CrossFit like a group warm-up, workout and cool down along with fun games. There’s no OnRamp for kids and all are welcome to come to any class.

BE Teen Performance

Our BE Teen class is intended for young athletes age 13-17 who wish to improve their athletic ability for their chosen sport but also for those just looking to get fit.  This class will introduce and progress functional fitness and weightlifting movements according to each individual athlete.  Our goal is to not only improve athletic performance, but to encourage teenagers to develop an overall healthy lifestyle and positive self-image in a team oriented environment.
