BE Kids

Our Kids class is a chance for any child age 6-13 years old to have FUN while exercising along with learning the mechanics of many common CrossFit exercises. Each class lasts 45 minutes and will usually include common themes within CrossFit like a group warm-up, workout and cool down along with fun games. There’s no OnRamp for kids and all are welcome to come to any class.
