CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements and many of these movements can be performed at home with little to no gym equipment. CrossFit got it’s start over 20 years ago as an online workout program performed at home in garages and home gyms. Get back to CrossFit’s origins with our online community!
One-on-one online personal training is available with either 30 or 60 minute sessions. Personal Training begins with a 30 minute Zoom or Skype call with your coach to discuss workout history and goals. From there your coach will design an individualized program achievable in the privacy of your own home. Sessions will involve a Zoom call with your coach where they will use talk you through your session using videos and demonstrations. Online Personal Training is a great option for anyone not able to make it into the gym but still wants the guided one-on-one workouts of a professional coach.

Our nutrition program is designed to create customized individual nutrition plans according to the overall goal of the client.

Individual Design is truly customized to each individual. We offer programming not just workouts. Anyone can write a workout. Our coaches design a program based on your goals and needs. The program outline could cover a matter of months or even a year. You will not be doing workouts written that day just to give you a hard workout. You will be given workouts, nutrition advice, lifestyle guidelines and more designed for you and written with the intent to improve you over a set period of time.
